1. General
This website is owned and operated by AUABS, Lahore, Pakistan . By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using it with parental or guardian consent.
2. Products & Colours
We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting and screen settings. Embroidered and handcrafted pieces may show minor natural variations, which are a mark of authentic craftsmanship and not defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and offers at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. Confirmed orders will be communicated by WhatsApp, phone or email.
5. Payment
Payments are accepted through the methods shown at checkout: Cash on Delivery / Bank Transfer / Card Payment / Easypaisa / JazzCash. Orders may be held until payment is verified.
6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns page.
8. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
Custom orders are final once production begins and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos and the AUABS name, is the property of AUABS and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
AUABS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order placed.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
